Appeal to BJP for 2024 General Elections to drop Uniform Civil Code and Repeal Hindu Code Bills…

Jana Sangh in its Election Manifesto for 1957 General Elections promised to repeal Hindu Code Bills imposed on Hindus without the consent of its family heads by Jawaharlal Nehru. https://sarvadharma.net/jana-sanghs-promise-to-hindus-to-repeal-hindu-civil-codes/

Then Sarsangachalak of RSS Shri Guruji Golwalkar cautioned Hindus not to be complacent about Hindu Code Bills and fight it out: https://sarvadharma.net/beware-of-hindu-code-bills-hindi/

Until his last breath he opposed both the ideas of Hindu Code Bills as well as Uniform Civil Code cautioning it to be disastrous to nations: https://sarvadharma.net/uniform-civil-code-is-not-needed-hindi/

BJP should drop Uniform Civil Code from its Election Manifesto and move towards fulfilling Jana Sangh’s promise of repealing Hindu Code Bills and implement a framework where in the practices and customs of not only the Vanavasis but all Indigenous Peoples of India are recognized and enforceable.

Particular section in Constitution on Uniform Civil Code should also be removed permanently.
