Changing according to times
Numerous changes in numerous areas have come as a result of advancements in Science and Technology. People used to go in bullock carts hundred years back. Today they use Motor vehicles and Aeroplanes. People used to write down in Palm leaves earlier. And to take that information across the world they struggled a lot. Today as they write in Facebook the information gets populated across the globe, the next second. Democracy have replaced Kingdoms.
If we too hang around saying One Book and One Rule that cannot be changed and amended according to times, We too would get stagnated like that of Christian and Islamic societies. So instead of hanging around insisting upon Sastras, Sampradayas, Religions, a Uniform Civil Code should be embraced and in times to come it as it goes, amendments shall be made to it. All religious texts need to be discarded and based conclusions arrived through scientific inventions and scientists, the codes of life should be adopted.
That would be signs of a progressive society and everything else is regressive.
Rule of Law – Free will – Individual Freedom
Without Uniform Civil Code there cannot be Rule of Law. Kangaroo Courts would thrive. Everyone mighty would start delivering justice as they wish. All of these are illegal. In a democracy men and women on completion of 18 years of age choose the fate of the country. Tribes, Rituals, Religions intervene in between and stop them from leading a life according to their will. To ensure Individual freedom and to enable people live according to their free will Uniform Civil Code should be enacted.
