Based on the best practises of India

Approaching from an Indic Life perspective, those ways of life need to analysed and the best practises out of them shall be enacted as Uniform Civil Code. The best of the practises of this nation means whose practises ? What kind of practises ? Which practise would be taken for what purpose ? Were they released ? But when so much confusions prevail over the Uniform Civil Code why should any Indian support it ?

Ensuring Religious Freedom & abiding the Constitution…

Everyone is free to conduct events related to birth adoption succession death marriage in accordance to their own customs and rituals. Personal Laws should also be compatible with the Constitution and the Government is bound to fulfil what the Constitution says. Even individuals shall live as they wish to live within themselves. But if problems arise and they come out in public their customs won’t be considered.

Changing according to times, Rule of Law, Individual Freedom

If we too hang around saying One Book and One Rule that cannot be changed and amended according to times, We too would get stagnated like that of Christian and Islamic societies. So instead of hanging around insisting sastras, sampradayas, religions, a Uniform Civil Code should be embraced. Without Uniform Civil Code there cannot be Rule of Law. Kangaroo Courts would thrive. Everyone mighty would start delivering justice as they wish.

Stop Uniform Civil Code: Background

When these laws were enacted under the Hindu banner, Hindus opposed them vehemently. With such a background, a Uniform Civil Code for all the citizens of the country would permanently ruin Hindus only more than any one else. Many among Hindus who are politically active too follow their Inherent indigenous practises for their personal life. Still to the outside world they project themselves to be a staunch supporter of Uniform Civil Code.
